Kader - Cadre
Het werkgroepkader zorgt voor de goede aansturing van de groep op evenementen. Daarnaast staat het kader ook in voor de samenwerking met andere groepen alsook de contacten met organisatoren van evenementen.
The cadre ensures the proper management of the group at events. In addition, the cadre is also responsible for cooperation with other groups as well as contacts with event organizers.
Marc De Laat
Als kaderlid neemt Marc vooral de "officers" onder zijn hoede. Door zijn achtergrond als urgentieverpleegkundige op de Spoedeisende Hulp heeft hij natuurlijk een basiskennis van medische zorg en ook heel wat materiaalkennis.
Daarnaast beschikt hij over veel kennis aangaande de Airborne Medical Companies en hun werking.
As a member of the cadre, Marc mainly takes care of the "officers". Due to his background as an emergency nurse in the Emergency Department, he naturally has a basic knowledge of medical care and also a great deal of knowledge of materials.
In addition, he has a great deal of knowledge about the Airborne Medical Companies and their operation.
Jolanda Dirx
Sinds 2025 is Jolanda toegevoegd aan de kadergroep. Binnen het kader neemt zij vooral het voortouw in de opvolging van evenementen alsook merchandising en social media.
Daarnaast neemt zij ook de andere dames onder haar vleugels.
Since 2025 Jolanda has been an addition to the cadre. Within the cadre group she is the main lead in the follow-up of events, merchandise and social media.
She also takes the other ladies in the group under her wings.
Mitchel Claus
Als werkgroep coördinator is Mitchel het aanspreekpunt aangaande alle zaken vanuit de overkoepelende vereniging. Hierbij zal hij worden bijgestaan door de andere kaderleden.
Door zijn achtergrond binnen defensie als onderofficier is het aansturen van mensen een natuurlijk gegeven voor hem.
Op evenementen zal hij dan ook vooral de personen die deelnemen als enlisted onder de hoede nemen.
As a workgroup coordinator, Joël is the point of contact for all matters from the LHGH association. For this he will be assisted by the other cadre members.
Due to his background in defense as a non-commissioned officer, managing people is a natural for him.
At events he will mainly be working with the enlisted men of our group.
